A colorful tribal cloth covers the crypt containing the time capsule commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Volta River Authority in Ghana, Africa, which was dedicated at a ceremony which included a marching band, drill team and two choirs, and was attended by approximately two hundred spectators, including the area tribal chieftain and his entourage.
